Overview: The short of it
PG&E's old marketplace showed products and stopped there. Customers arrived with harder questions. Which upgrade makes sense for my home? What rebates do I qualify for? What will it actually cost?
We rebuilt it as the Energy Action Guide: a platform that starts from the customer's situation, not the product catalog. A journey wizard matches people to programs. A custom CMS means PG&E's team runs it without us in the loop.
Two years in: bounce rate down to a third of the industry average, returning users at more than twice the prior vendor's rate, and over $1.8M in purchases through the Guide. And when the small-business team needed its own tailored experience, the platform gave them one without a rebuild. That's the part we're proudest of.
Stats we're proud of
- bounce rate, against a 42% industry average
- 16%
- in electrification and resiliency purchases through the Guide
- $1.8M+
- of the customers who reach program and rebate resources click through to enrollment
- Half+

Same platform, scoped to what a lean CCA team can run: curated programs, the wizard, and a CMS one person can own.

Your customers don't know their rate options. We can fix that.
Thirty minutes, no deck unless you want one. Bring the problem that's been sitting on your desk for a year — that's usually where the good work starts.
