Overview: The short of it
SVCE's eHub launched in 2020 to explain electrification, and it did. By 2024, explaining wasn't enough. More programs, more third-party tools, and a wider range of customers left people informed but stuck. They wanted help deciding, not more to read.
We rebuilt eHub from a content library into a personalized launchpad. It meets people by where they stand on electrification, not by whatever SVCE happens to publish. A custom product catalog replaced the old third-party Appliances Assistant, matching electric-only, Energy Star products to the rebates each customer qualifies for. Multilingual support and mobile-first design shipped from day one. A centralized CMS lets SVCE's team run campaigns and content updates without us in the loop.
It runs on the same Guide platform behind PG&E's, scoped to what a lean CCA team can own. The part we're proudest of: when a customer signals they're stuck, eHub hands them to a real person through GoElectric Advisor instead of leaving them alone with it.
What shipped

Your programs make sense to you. Do they make sense to your customers?
Thirty minutes, no deck unless you want one. Bring the program soup that's been sitting on your desk. That's usually where the good work starts.
